Jhunan Junior High School, a school in Miaoli County in Taiwan orders the evacuation of high school students as an earthquake was felt in the area around at 11:17 a.m. on Thursday, May 12. The quake was registered at 5.6 magnitude with its epicenter located 23 kilometers east southeast of Yilan in Taiwan. Miaoli is 172.3 kilometers from Yilan in Taiwan.
