Four people, including two students, nabbed in separate buy-bust ops in Pasig, QC

(Eagle News) — Two people believed to be supplying marijuana to students were arrested by the authorities early Friday, June 22, in Pasig.

Also recovered from Julius Ilagan and Jayson Proda  during the operation in Barangay Bambang past 2 a.m. were P300,000 worth of high-grade marijuana and P40,000 worth of marijuana, and alleged drug money amounting to P22,000.

Ilagan and Proda are believed to be the suppliers of alleged drug pushers 18-year-old student Michael Dantic and his 17-year-old alleged cohort, who were both caught by police in a buy-bust operation in Cubao, Quezon City on Thursday night.

Recovered from the two students were six sachets of high-grade marijuana worth P9,000.

The 17-year-old has been turned over to the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

The other three suspects are facing criminal charges. Earlo Bringas
