MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday, February 21 welcomed Senator Andrey Klimov who also serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Joining Senator Klimov is the Ambassador of Russia to the Philippines, H.E. Igor Khovaev.
