President Rodrigo Roa Duterte visited 36 wounded soldiers confined at the Camp Evangelista Station Hospital in the Philippine Army’s 4th Infantry Division located in Cagayan de Oro City.
The President also gave each soldier the Wounded Personnel Medal during the hospital visit on Thursday, June 8.
