(Eagle News) — Senator Leila de Lima’s former lover and alleged bagman Ronnie Dayan arrived at the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court, a few seconds after the lady senator has left the area.
The grey sport utility vehicle believed to be where Dayan is pulled up at the hall of justice premises only seconds after De Lima’s convoy left for the Philippine National Police Custodial Center, where she will be detained.
Dayan was then expected to face Branch 204 Judge Juanita Guerrero, who issued a warrant for his arrest in connection with his alleged involvement in the illegal drug trade in the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa.
Also ordered arrested were De Lima and former Bureau of Corrections chief Rafael Ragos.
Dayan was arrested in Pangasinan earlier in the day.
