QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – According to Atty. Levito Baligod, four officials of the Commission on Audit are involved in the pork barrel scam, adding that its is the COA officials themselves who taught how to falsify documents so that they can pass the scrutiny of COA. Atty. Baligod filed a complaint of malversation through falsification of public documents.
