CIDG files admin complaint vs Daraga, Albay Mayor Baldo over Batocabe slay

(Eagle News) — The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group has filed an administrative complaint against Daraga, Albay Mayor Carlwyn Baldo in connection with the killing of Rep. Rodel Batocabe.
