President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday, October 18, visited the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-National Capital Region (BJMP-NCR) at Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City. During his visit, the President presided over a meeting with BJMP officials, and talked to jail officials.
