Thai Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha and his wife Naraporn Chan-o-cha arrived in Manila at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 on Friday afternoon, April 28, 2017.

He is among the 10 ASEAN leaders who would be attending the 30th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit set tomorrow on April 29, 2017 in Manila.

The Kingdom of Thailand was the last leg of President  of Rodrigo  Duterte’s nine-country ASEAN visits. In March 2017, the Chief Executive met with the Thai leader to discuss matters about strengthening Philippines-Thailand relations, particularly in defense and military cooperation, and other bilateral partnerships.
