Lao People’s Democratic Republic (PDR) Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith arrives in Manila at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 for his participation to the 30th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit set tomorrow on April 29, 2017.

President Rodrigo Duterte was first introduced to the ASEAN community as the new Filipino leader when he graced the 28th and 29th ASEAN Summit in Vientiane, Lao PDR in September 2016. The Chief Executive also took over the ASEAN Chairmanship during the said visit.
