(Eagle News) — A 5.3-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Occidental on Saturday.

The Philippine Institute for Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 323 kilometers southeast of Sarangani at 9:32 a.m.

No aftershocks are expected.
